Kent-based information display and customer feedback service provider, Innovative Displays, has commissioned Unlimitas to develop a web-based reporting tool application entitled "Quickvote Online" as a further enhancement to their existing data reporting system.

Innovative Displays provide a range of high profile clients, including motorway service providers and ferry companies, with data collection panels which enable customers to comment on the facilities provided or the service received at the point of delivery.

The new system will aggregate all the customer data collected to a single store, allowing Innovative Displays’ clients to access their data 24/7 and to generate customizable reports easily and quickly.

The new system will make best use of Microsoft's web platforms including a SQL Server 2005 data back-end, Reporting Services for statistical information display and ASP.NET AJAX for a responsive user interface.
