Unlimitas has launched a new support service for its existing customers. A number of all-inclusive software support packages are now available at preferential rates with support being provided across a range of media.
As well as requests being accepted by telephone as usual, a new website is now available for customers to log new issues and view the status of existing ones at http://unlimitas.updatelog.com/. More conveniently, any issues can now be submitted via email to a dedicated address, along with any relevant attachments. All issues received are logged into a database and displayed on the website.
