Mark Pegler

Mark Pegler

Mark's fate was sealed when he fell for a Commodore 16 Plus/4 - the less famous, boring and business-oriented brother to the popular Commodore 64 - at the age of 7.

By 18 Mark was writing translation software for businesses, touring the country installing then-experimental satellite broadband in schools and fixing Homebase's employee TV channel, while completing a degree in French & Linguistics at Durham University.

During his degree Mark set up Dealer Car Manager (DCM), a successful motor trade software company with his uncle and business partner. Undergoing several revisions under Mark's direction from a basic desktop program to a leading-edge web application, DCM won the Motor Trader Industry Award for Innovation in 2002.

Following the sale of DCM to Accident Exchange plc, Mark founded Unlimitas with his co-directors to continue innovating and developing cutting-edge business applications, culminating in the achievement of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status for Unlimitas in 2007.
